Super super nice staff. They handled our ski rentals efficiently and effectively. We’re expert skiers — racers, off piste, etc., and brought our own boots for the fitting. They did a great job at advising us of all the options. My hubby didn’t like his skis’ handling after day 1 and they were quick with the swap out.

Definitely the best service we have ever received in a ski rental shop, in any resort or country. Took my 12 year old son to rent skis, the person helping us took the time to try out different boots until he was perfectly satisfied with the fit, and then offered a range of skis and patiently explained the pros and cons of each. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended!!

Overall, highly recommend this ski rental. Ideally situated, a stones throw away from a lift. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgable in helping me choosing a pair of ski boots which fit me well. Somehow I managed to take the wrong set of skis when returning (exact same brand and style, just from a different rental company!). They were extremely understanding and organised for the skis to be returned to the right shop. I will definitely be coming back to this shop to rent skis and ski books next time I’m in kits (and will make sure to check the rental company sticker on the skis before going off with the wrong ones!!)

Unbelievably good customer service. I had an incident whilst out with the bike leading to damage, I took it back to the shop and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding or accommodating. All issues resolved and an immediate replacement bike allowing me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
